Doing Business with MCS

It is MCS preference to do business with contractors who are responsible suppliers of products and services with a proven record of successful contract performance. Prospective contractors must be responsive to the solicitation requirements and meet responsibility criteria appropriate for the circumstances as described in FAR 9.1.

It is the policy of the DUF6 Project to conduct all business in a manner where suppliers are given an equal opportunity to compete for work regardless of race, creed, color, gender, or national origin. To the maximum extent practicable and within the framework of established DUF6 procurement practices, MCS will provide business opportunities to Small Businesses, Small Disadvantaged Businesses, Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUB Zone) Small Businesses, Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses, Veteran Owned Small Businesses, and Woman Owned Small Businesses.
